KITTIE MINERVA BRAGUNIER VANDEVEER Kittie was born on October 25th, 1869 in Delphi, Indiana. She was the daughter of Samuel Bragunier and Melvina Ellen Ross. Melvina Ross was a Sister of Marion Andrew Ross. Kittie married Frank Ferman VanDeVeer on November 17th, 1895.
