Thanks to dedicated descendants, the history of this family is well documented.
I discovered this photograph in an antique store in Colorado. I researched the photo and was contacted by a wonderful descendant. Oddly, I discovered that I worked in the same building as this descendant - it's a small world. Many family photo albums of the "Epler" family have been lost to antique stores. Luckily, this photo had Daniel Epler's name lovingly written on the back. A little research and the memory of their lives has been preserved. The photo has been returned to the descendants of Daniel & Susan. |
